For body and mind benefits, work out in greener pastures, a study in Psychological Science suggests.  People who took a nature walk preformed 20 percent better on memory tests immediately afterward than they did following a stroll in the city.  A wooded wander helps the brain recharge, enhancing short-term memory, so you’re more likely to recall conversation details and phone numbers.  Bye-Bye, Post-its!
